Search with Elasticlunr, updated (#604) * Add search with elasticlunr.js This commit adds search functionality to mdBook, based on work done by @phaiax. Move theme copy to the Theme type and reduce visibility This moves the code for copying the theme to the theme directory to the Theme type so that the code lives closer to the data definition.
