Eric Huss	3e5ec749ba	Remove copy-fonts This removes the deprecated `output.html.copy-fonts` option. This was deprecated in https://github.com/rust-lang/mdBook/pull/1987. This removes the deprecated `output.html.copy-fonts` option. This was
