This moves the Book definition to mdbook-core, along with related types it needs.
This updates everything for the move of summary to mdbook-summary. There will be followup commits that will be doing more cleanup here.
This is a pure git rename in order to make sure that git can follow history. The next commit will integrate these into mdbook-summary. Additional commits will refactor/move/remove items.
