Eric Huss 09c3e542da Move take_lines functions to mdbook-driver and make private 
These functions are only used by the links preprocessor. I'm moving
these functions to put them closer to the code that they are associated
with, and to reduce the public API surface.

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
