Eric Huss 46963ebf65 Fix some missing docs 
This removes the `allow(missing_docs)` and fixes any issues.

There's probably more work to be done to improve the API docs. This was
just a minor thing I wanted to clean up.

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
