Eric Huss 824e2a7681 Don't rebuild books in tests 
This fixes an issue where the `check` methods would inadvertently
rebuild the books if the `mdbook build` command is run. Normally this
isn't too much of an issue unless the `build` command is run with
options that affect the output.

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
