Eric Huss 9b27b14985 Move built-in renderers to mdbook-driver 
This is a pure git rename in order to make sure that git can follow
history. The next commit will integrate these into mdbook-driver.

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
