Eric Huss a4140ba535 Remove clap macro_use 
This removes the macro_use for clap just because I'm not a big fan of
glob-style imports like this. I think being a little more explicit here
makes it a little clearer where these macros come from.

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
