Eric Huss ae2fc9a9d1 Remove remaining rendered tests 
I don't think these exercise anything in particular that aren't
necessarily covered by other things. If this ends up exposing a lack
of coverage somewhere, I would prefer to add more focused test for
specific things.

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
