Eric Huss b2e952dd4c Remove unused dependencies 
These dependencies of the top-level `mdbook` package are not directly
used. They are used transitively, so this makes little difference, but
helps to convey what is actually needed.

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
