Eric Huss b4641d2830 Remove test --dest-dir 
This removes the `--dest-dir` flag from the `mdbook test` subcommand
because it is unused. The test command does not generate output, so it
doesn't need an output directory.

mdBook is a utility to create modern online books from Markdown files.

Check out the User Guide for a list of features and installation and usage information. The User Guide also serves as a demonstration to showcase what a book looks like.
