What is said

SpecDossier keeps the dossier of a Statement of Work — its drafts, review rounds, comments, signatures, the receipts of its runs — and brings it to signature and to landing. It works on its own and integrates with ontoref and signatio when a project uses them. What it is built to hold:

• the service orders and gives access, and never decides validity: everything signed verifies offline from the mirror alone;
• the service never holds a signer's key — a signature is made on the signer's machine;
• a receipt is audited against the signed SOW before anyone signs it.

Nothing here is published yet, and nothing is claimed beyond what ../code delivers.
